Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS Express Saver unless otherwise instructed. To ensure the stability of our products during transit, we reserve the right to ship certain items on ice. This may increase the shipping cost and will be mentioned in the order confirmation.

Warranty

We guarantee that materials are of the stated quality at the time of sale. We do not take responsibility for the use and handling of the product and any liability for consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damage resulting therefrom. Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying the identity of chemical composition and technical data referenced on each catalog item, whether online or in print.

Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service department (info@novaresearchchem.com) to receive an authorization and further instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. For any products ordered in error, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any radioactive products, custom-made products, or temperature-sensitive products. Any modification to protocols do not qualify for refunds, discounts or replacements.
